Boxing's Next Big Thing: Sangartith Signs Exclusive Deal With YOKKAO

YOKKAO continues to support the most promising talents in combat sports.

The latest addition to their already stacked roster of fighters is Sangartith Looksaikongdin, who is one of the hottest boxing prospects, not just in Thailand, but in the world.

Sangartith sports an immaculate record of 19 wins, with 10 of those wins coming by way of knockout, and no losses. His latest triumph came at the expense of fellow unbeaten prospect LeQuan Wang, whom he soundly defeated. He successfully defended the WBA Asian Light Welterweight title for the 9th straight time.

By signing an exclusive management deal, Sangartith’s career will now be managed by YOKKAO. This includes all of his fights anywhere in the world. Sangartith will be joining the YOKKAO US Seminar Tour and will make the rounds of various US boxing gyms in the process.

So far in his young career, the 19-year-old Sangartith has shown remarkable versatility in his boxing skills. He can box from the inside or the outside, displaying impressive technical ability.

Sangartith comes from a fighting family. Even though he first trained in Muay Thai, he eventually transitioned to boxing. He turned professional at only 14 years old. Training out of the Looksaikongdin Gym in the Min Buri district, his career is handled by his father, Kru Noparit Yohanngo. Their gym is known for the Muay Mat style, which explains why it was easy for Sangarthit to make the move to boxing.

His older sisters, Aida and Duangdawnoi, are prominent figures in the Muay Thai scene. Duangdawnoi is the more established of the two sisters, having won several world titles. She also signed an exclusive deal with YOKKAO recently and will also be on the US Seminar Tour.

Sangartith is fast coming up the ladder of contenders in the light welterweight division. Proof of this is that he has held the WBA Asian Light Welterweight title for several years now and defended it a number of times. The best thing about all this is that Sangartith is still just getting started. And yet, great opportunities are already coming his way and he should grab them enthusiastically.

Signing with YOKKAO is a major step in the right direction. Sangartith will be guided properly to make sure that he realizes his full potential.
