Please note that you can place an order even if you do not have an account. Just select Checkout when completing your order, and fill in your details.

4. Fill in all of the required information on the form (First and Last name, Email, and Password) and click the "Create Account" button.
After your account is created, you can log into it anytime to check the information about your orders.

If you do not remember your password you can reset it by following the next steps:

3. Provide the email address associated with your account and click the "Recover" button

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact or they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered, or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange of size only within 14 days after the date of shipment delivery.
Returns can be initiated for reasons such as product defects or order errors. If confirmed, Yokkao will cover the cost of return shipping. Exchanges of size are accepted with specific shipping costs.

To proceed with an order - go to the Shopping cart. At this point, you can add an order note if needed.

6. Fulfill the information about your address (shipping cost is calculated), choose payment and shipping method, and apply a gift card coupon if needed.
7. Click "Pay now" to proceed to payment.
8. After payment is done you will receive an order confirmation email.
During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.
Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
For your convenience, you can order online easily and pay via the following methods:
- Credit/Debit Card: Online orders are payable on our secured server with Visa & Master Card.
- Paypal: During checkout, please select the Paypal payment option and you will be redirected to a Paypal page to complete your payment.

Products in stock at our warehouses are typically processed within 3 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail when your order is shipped.
For products listed as pre-orders, please note that these items require 6 to 8 weeks for processing and shipping. This extended time frame is due to the handmade craftsmanship involved in creating each piece, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail.

Tracking information is usually sent to you within 24-48 business hours after the order has been shipped.
The order content cannot be changed after the order is confirmed because our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure quick and efficient delivery. Once an order is confirmed, it is quickly processed and prepared for shipment, making it difficult to modify the items included in the order.
However, sometimes it is possible to change the shipping address and contact informationwithin 24 hours after the order is placed before it is processed. Thus, if you would like to make changes to your order, please contact our Support Team and we will check whether it is possible.
Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that the order will not be processed before we review your request.
After the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it enters our system for fulfillment immediately. Due to this streamlined process, we are unable to process order cancellations.

All Yokkao products carry a 14-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed with all tags within 14 days of shipment delivery.
If the customer tries to fix up the product themselves, the warranty will be automatically lost. Previous to starting any warranty process we need to receive a picture of the proposed manufacturing defect.

Damaged
