YOKKAO 29: Myk Estlick vs Luke Hill!
One more matchup has been confirmed for YOKKAO 29 and it is yet another battle of Englishmen - Myk Estlick will clash in the ring with Luke Hill. Luke Hill fights out of the well-known Crawley Fitness & Martial Arts Gym where he is a member of the gym’s fight team alongside YOKKAO event alumni like Reece Thomson and Ben Hodge. The Muay Thai fighter and coach will be making his YOKKAO debut where he will face one of the toughest fighter in the Super-Featherweight division - Myk Estlick. Estlick has fought on every single one of YOKKAO’s events in the UK since YOKKAO 11 but broke the momentum with a hiatus in the last event (YOKKAO 27-28). With just 1 loss in his 6 YOKKAO appearances, he has one of the best fight records in the YOKKAO UK events.
The fighter from Manchester started Muay Thai at the age of 14, first training at his uncle’s Thai Boxing gym. He fought within one year of starting in the sport and hasn’t looked back since. YOKKAO 29 marks Myk Estlick’s return since his loss against Craig Coakley at YOKKAO 23. Myk will surely return to the YOKKAO stage with a vengeance to pick up where he left off and continue in his journey for glory. Luke Hill’s YOKKAO debut will not be an easy one but as they always say, anything can happen in the ring.
The harder the battle, the sweeter the victory. YOKKAO 29 - 30 marks the eighteenth UK show for the Thai super brand. Nowhere else in the UK can fans see the likes of quality fights that are put out by YOKKAO. The upcoming event returns to Bolton Macron Stadium once again and features bouts starring Singdam vs Reece McAllister, Keith McLachlan vs Jonathan Haggerty, Craig Coakley vs Chris Whittle, Paul Karpowicz vs Ja Kiatphontip and Amy Pirnie vs Ilenia Perugini. As it gets closer to YOKKAO 29-30 that will be held on 10th March Saturday, tickets are dwindling with the VIP seats long almost fully booked.
