The date is drawing closer with YOKKAO 49-50 ready to go live on 8th August at the University of Bolton Stadium. The fight card is stacked with household names of the UK Muay Thai scene and more announcements are still to come.
We are now proud to announce the second female bout: UK fan-favorite Niamh Kinehan will be making her return to the YOKKAO stage to take on Danish fighter, Eva Schultz Brøndum.
Training out of Franks Gym in Manchester with coach Frankie Hudders, Niamh Kinehan has become a staple on our UK fight cards since making her promotional debut on YOKKAO 31 in 2019. She will be making her fifth YOKKAO appearance this coming 8th August after maintaining a perfect record on our promotion. Kinehan will be going all-out to extend her undefeated run.
Facing Kinehan and making her promotional debut is Eva Schultz Brøndum from Denmark. She fights out of Phitchayed Gym in Copenhagen under coach Thomas Srilueang Berg. Brøndum comes with a wealth of experience and has fought many notable opponents over her career. She will be entering the ring at Bolton looking to make a statement and hopes to end Kinehan’s impressive run in front of the sell out UK crowd.
Some exciting bouts announced on the YOKKAO 49-50 lineup include Owen Trykowski vs Liam Nolan, Jacob Smith vs Tam McCourt, Brian Totty Jr vs Nathan Bendon, Meg Corwell vs Rhona Walker, Adam Haslam vs Anton Austin and Chris Shaw vs Panicos Yusuf.
