How To Choose Boxing Gloves size
Boxing glove sizes are measured in ounces (oz). Choosing gloves size depends on the weight of the user as well as the purpose of the training. For general training like bag work and pad work, 8oz-14oz are recommended while heavier gloves 14oz-18oz are required for sparring. YOKKAO gloves come in 8oz to 18oz for all your training needs.
